End-to-end recruitment
Strong sourcing + screening skills
Experience: 2+ to 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, specializing in hiring software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Argentina tech ecosystem, local compensation benchmarks, and remote employment dynamics.
LanguageSkills: Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) for global team collaboration, and native/fluent Spanish for candidate outreach.
Technical Literacy: Basic familiarity with modern software stacks (Full-stack, Backend, Cloud/DevOps, AI/ML) to effectively vet developer capabilities.
