Requirements: Desire and motivation to develop in IT recruiting; English from Upper-intermediate level; Negotiation skills and work with objections; Basic knowledge of programming technology differences; Ability to learn quickly, multitasking performance; Diligence, proactivity, and responsibility. Will be a plus Completed Recruiting Courses; Experience or internship as an IT Recruiter or as an IT Researcher; Practical sales experience — will be a big advantage. Responsibilities: Active participation in the closing of IT positions; Building relationships with candidates, keeping in touch with potential candidates via e-mail, Skype, LinkedIn, etc.; Active Search: x-Ray, Boolean, etc.; Reporting on the recruitment process: assistance in the preparation of weekly reports on vacancy status for the clients; Maintenance of candidate base; Market research.
