About SecureTechnologies
SecureTechnologies (SecTec) is a managed security services provider supporting nonprofits, medical practices, and professional services firms across the United States. We run lean, take full ownership of our clients' outcomes, and every member of our team works across both infrastructure and security.
About the Role
This is a hybrid role that blends IT engineering with security operations. Roughly half your week will focus on connectivity, routing and switching, and endpoint and identity administration. The other half will be spent on security operations: triaging EDR detections, investigating alerts, tuning policy, and managing device compliance.
This is a fully remote, Pakistan-based position working 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT, Monday to Friday, aligned with US business hours. You will report to the Security Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
IT Operations
You'll work on a small, high-ownership team where your work directly shapes client security and reliability. You'll gain broad exposure across infrastructure and security, work with modern tools, and collaborate closely with US-based clients, all from home.

Key Responsibilities
IT Operations
- Own day-to-day support across the client portfolio, resolving workstation, server, network, and application issues escalated from L1
- Troubleshoot connectivity, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, and switching problems across multi-site client environments
- Administer the user lifecycle in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, including provisioning, deprovisioning, licensing, group and role management, and MFA enrollment
- Configure and maintain Conditional Access policies, validating that changes don't disrupt legitimate access before rollout
- Manage device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment through Intune and NinjaOne
- Build and run automation through NinjaOne scripting to standardize configuration across client fleets
- Document environments, changes, and resolutions clearly enough for any engineer to pick up where you left off
- Support vulnerability and patch management cycles and track remediation to completion
- Contribute to incident write-ups, root cause analysis, and client-facing reporting
- 3+ years in IT engineering, security operations, or a blended role, ideally within an MSP or MSSP
- Strong, verifiable networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, switching, VLANs, firewall rules, and VPN, with the ability to reason through problems from the packet up
- Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, including Conditional Access design and troubleshooting
- Practical experience with Intune for device management and compliance
- Working experience with at least one major EDR platform (SentinelOne or CrowdStrike)
- Strong analytical reasoning and correlation ability
- Fluent written and spoken English, as you will join calls with US clients and write reports they read
- Ability to consistently work the 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT shift, with reliable power backup and internet connectivity
- Experience with RMM platforms, NinjaOne in particular
- Familiarity with both SentinelOne and CrowdStrike
- Experience investigating alerts in a SIEM and writing or tuning detection queries
- PowerShell scripting for administration and automation
- macOS management experience alongside Windows
- Exposure to Webex or other phone systems
- Relevant industry certifications
