Role Overview

We're looking for a hands-on IT Specialist to be the first point of contact for ~50 colleagues. You'll keep people productive by managing their accounts, keeping their laptops running smoothly, solving everyday network problems, and making sure hardware is tracked and assigned properly. You'll work closely with the Director of IT and help improve how we run IT day to day.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage the user lifecycle in Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365: onboarding and offboarding, group membership, licence assignment, MFA, and password and access issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows laptops (hardware and software), install and update applications, and prepare devices for new starters.
• Diagnose and fix basic networking issues such as Wi-Fi connectivity, DHCP/DNS problems, printers, and VPN access.
• Oversee hardware allocation: assign, track, and recover laptops, peripherals, and other equipment in our asset management system (Snipe-IT), and keep inventory records accurate.
• Log and follow up on support requests, and write short how-to guides for recurring issues.

What you'll bring

• Hands-on experience administering users in Microsoft Entra ID / Microsoft 365.
• Solid experience troubleshooting laptops and installing and configuring software.
• Working knowledge of basic networking (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
• Experience managing or tracking hardware assets and their allocation to staff.
• Clear communication and patience with non-technical colleagues.
• Good written and spoken Greek and English.

What will be nice for you to have

• Interest in Linux administration, for example working with self-hosted services, Docker, or nginx.
• Interest in “vibe coding,” meaning using AI tools to build small scripts, automations, or internal tools.
• Familiarity with Intune, PowerShell, or other automation.
