Digital Workplace, M365 & AI Specialist (m /f /d) at Chint Solar is made for you.

Location: Hamburg, Germany

About the role

Help shape and run CHINT Solar Europe's digital workplace. You will look after Microsoft 365, support colleagues in our Hamburg office and across Europe, and drive automation and AI adoption, working closely with business teams and our external IT partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Microsoft 365: users, licenses and permissions across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Intune.
• Provide hands-on IT support in our Hamburg office: devices, meeting rooms, printers, local network and IT procurement.
• Be the first point of contact for IT requests across Europe, resolving issues together with our external IT partners.
• Run IT onboarding and offboarding, and manage laptops, mobile devices and asset records.
• Drive process automation and the adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools.
• Support M365 security, access reviews and security awareness.
• Keep IT procedures and user guides clear and up to date.

Your Qualifications:

• 1–3 years in IT support, Microsoft 365 administration or a similar role.
• Degree, Education in IT or related industry
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and IT security basics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a service-minded, hands-on attitude.
• Interest in automation, AI and modern workplace technology.
• Clear communication, working well both independently and in international teams.
• Fluent English as well as solid German language skills are a strong advantage for this position.
• Nice to have: Microsoft certifications.
