About the Role
The IT Support Analyst will provide remote and on-site technical support, helping ensure that computer systems and software operate smoothly. This role is suited to someone with practical IT support experience, strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac OS, and the ability to communicate clearly with users.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide remote and on-site technical support to employees and clients.
● Troubleshoot technical issues involving computer systems and software.

Required Qualifications
