About the Role

Excellent opportunity within the Operations team at Codafication!

This role is ideal for someone with some practical IT experience who is still early in their career and keen to build their skills. As the IT Support Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day administration, support and maintenance of IT infrastructure and equipment, while gaining hands-on exposure to cloud infrastructure and a range of technology stacks.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Local network management, including monitoring computer systems and networks for viruses, malfunctions, and errors

• L1/L2 troubleshooting for technical issues and developing effective solutions
• Active directory and account management, including provisioning of user accounts across SaaS products
• IT onboarding and offboarding for employees, including workstation and equipment setup
• Admin tasks for internal systems/platforms such as Jira and Office 365
• Proactively recommending improvements and automation

• Procurement of IT equipment and inventory management
• Asset management and maintenance
• Other tasks to support to broader Operations team as required
• Opportunity to develop skills in programming and cloud infrastructure management

About you

As our successful candidate, you will demonstrate;

• Prior experience with desktop support, IT operations, or network management
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Experience with administration and application of enterprise systems and tools e.g. Jira, Office365, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Passion for technology and interest in learning Linux, Cloud, DevOps and/or programming
