We build and support business software for clients. Once it's live, their users send us tickets.
This job takes those tickets for our clients in Europe. Remote, anywhere in Germany, full-time.
Most are access or data. A few are real bugs.
You reproduce the issue, collect the run logs, and sort it.
Access and data you fix yourself. Bugs go to the developers as a reproducible example.
You also look after our own setup in Europe: laptops, accounts, MFA, people joining and leaving.
And you keep the runbook current.
You've worked a year or two in IT support, a service desk or application support.
You know Windows and macOS and have administered Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
Basic SQL, reading application logs, Intune or Jamf, ITIL Foundation: any of these helps.
