IT Support Specialis

Role Description The Owner role at DH Consultora is a part-time remote position responsible for leading the strategic direction and daily operations of the consulting firm. This role includes defining service offerings in HR and communication, building and maintaining client relationships, and overseeing the delivery of consulting projects across multiple countries. The owner will coordinate consultants, manage budgets and resources, and ensure that client engagements meet agreed quality standards and timelines. Typical activities involve business development, proposal creation, supervision of diagnostic and training initiatives, and continuous improvement of methodologies and tools. The role also entails monitoring market trends in human resources and organizational communication to identify new opportunities and maintain the firm’s competitive positioning.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organizational management skills, including strategic planning, decision-making, and team coordination.
• Experience in human resources consulting, particularly in talent selection, staff training, and performance management systems.
• Expertise in organizational and corporate communication, covering internal communication, external communication, and stakeholder engagement.
• Business development and client management skills, including negotiation, relationship building, and proposal development.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience conducting diagnostics and implementing change initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish; professional proficiency in English or Portuguese is a strong advantage.
• Previous experience in consulting or professional services and familiarity with Latin American and European business environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related field; advanced studies are a plus.
