IT Systems Engineer

Join our client's team as an IT Systems Engineer , where you’ll play a critical role in supporting retail technology systems across the region! From POS installations to real-time troubleshooting, you’ll be hands-on in ensuring clients’ tech never misses a beat. What You’ll Do Deploy and maintain IT systems and POS infrastructure Respond to service tickets and perform on-site support Monitor system uptime and network performance Implement backup, security, and disaster recovery protocols Train retail staff and document solutions Requirements Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field 3+ years’ experience in system support (retail experience is a plus!)
