Role Mission Provide Level 2 (L2) technical support, ensuring the smooth operation of end-user infrastructure, the Digital Workplace environment, and the company's internal applications. This role is responsible for resolving incidents and service requests while delivering an efficient and seamless technology experience for employees. Key responsibilities Provide Level 2 (L2) technical support to end users. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues. Manage and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service levels. Administer and support Digital Workplace tools and technologies. Provide support for internal business applications (such as Monday.com and other corporate platforms). Configure, install, and maintain computers, laptops, and peripheral devices. Support Wi-Fi network management and end-user connectivity. Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary. Document solutions, procedures, and best practices. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to IT operations and end-user experience. Skills & experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in Level 2 (L2) Technical Support, Service Desk, or IT Support roles. Proven experience supporting end users and troubleshooting technical issues. Strong knowledge of desktop support, hardware, software, and Windows operating systems. Experience managing and supporting Digital Workplace solutions. Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including Wi-Fi connectivity and administration. Experience supporting corporate applications such as Monday.com or similar business platforms. Proficiency with Microsoft 365. Fluent English required.
