What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced IT Ops Engineer to play a key role in an Agile and DevOps environment, ensuring production excellence throughout the project lifecycle. This professional will be responsible for integrating production and infrastructure requirements into technical solutions, supporting project teams, maintaining operational stability, and driving continuous improvement initiatives through automation, monitoring, and DevOps best practices. You will act as a bridge between development, infrastructure, and operations teams, ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure environments while contributing to the successful delivery of business-critical applications.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Design and implement production architectures for new projects and initiatives.

• Integrate production and infrastructure requirements into technical solutions and product backlogs.

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and deployment processes.

• Manage production and non-production environments, ensuring availability, performance, security, and scalability.

• Facilitate solution deployments and support development teams in accelerating project delivery.

• Implement monitoring and observability solutions using modern tooling.

• Perform capacity planning and anticipate infrastructure evolution requirements.

• Manage infrastructure upgrades and assess operational impacts.

• Contribute to incident resolution, service stability, and operational excellence.

• Promote DevOps best practices and continuous improvement across project teams.

• Ensure operational documentation, backup strategies, and recovery plans are maintained and validated.

• Coach and support teams on application production best practices and Agile & DevOps methodologies.

Your Key Skills

• Production Operations and Infrastructure Management.

• DevOps culture, automation, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).

• Monitoring, observability, and performance optimization.

• Capacity planning and operational risk management.

• Incident management and troubleshooting in complex environments.

• Infrastructure and application security awareness.

• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Continuous improvement mindset.

Your Main Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, DevOps, or similar roles.

• Strong experience designing and supporting production environments.

• Hands-on experience with:

  • GitLab

  • Jenkins

  • Ansible

  • Artifactory

  • SonarQube

  • Docker

  • Kubernetes

  • ElasticSearch

  • Grafana

  • Prometheus

  • Dynatrace

• Experience working within Agile and DevOps environments.

• Experience supporting application lifecycle management and deployment processes.

• Availability to travel internationally when required.

• Professional proficiency in English.

• French is considered a plus.
