IVA and Debt Settlement – Business Development Manager (B2B)

Remote – UK | Full-time, WFH | UK Citizens only | 3+ years relevant experience

Responsibilities:

Build partnerships with referral agencies, financial advisors, and lead providers.

Manage business relationships with partner firms in the UK market.

Drive B2B lead generation for IVA and debt settlement services.

Identify and onboard new business channels for client acquisition.

Prepare weekly business reports and revenue forecasts.

Requirements:

3+ years of B2B experience in financial services/debt management/IVA sector.

Proven ability to achieve targets and manage partnerships.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong knowledge of UK financial regulations (preferred).
