We are currently looking for: Java Full Stack – Senior Requirements: We are currently looking for a Senior Java Full Stack to join a challenging project, taking a key role in the design, development and enhancement of scalable, high-performing software solutions using modern frameworks and Agile practices. Required Competencies: Strong/expert proficiency in Java Spring Strong experience in software development and implementation of robust software components Experience designing and developing scalable and high-performance solutions Ability to analyse complex technical challenges and propose effective and innovative solutions Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions Ability to contribute to key technical decisions and provide solutions to challenges across multiple teams Experience supporting and guiding team members through technical expertise and knowledge sharing Ability to take ownership of team decisions and contribute to effective team performance Strong understanding of modern software development and Agile practices Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption when appropriate English – minimum C1 Availability to work 3 days per week at the office in Lisbon Preferred Competencies: Microservices Architecture MySQL MongoDB Amazon Simple Queue Service (SQS) Docker Kubernetes Architecture Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong technical leadership and decision-making capabilities Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams Strong communication and knowledge-sharing skills Proactive and solution-oriented mindset Ability to support and guide other team members Strong ownership and accountability Focus on scalability, performance and continuous improvement Location: Lisbon – Hybrid Work Model: 3 days per week at the office Salary Range: €3.300–€3.700 gross/month Note: Includes all components: Fixed, Variable, Meal Allowance, Remote Work, and Benefits.
