Jira Administrator

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Junior Jira Administrator to support application migration and onboarding activities in the financial market infrastructure sector, working across Jira and Confluence environments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Support the migration of Jira services to an Atlassian Data Center Jira environment.

- Support the migration of Confluence services to an Atlassian Data Center Confluence environment.

- Contribute to requirements elicitation, requirements definition and technical documentation.

- Execute migration testing activities in QA environments.

- Prepare go-live activities, including checklist creation and validation.

- Provide post-go-live support until stabilization.

- Support the onboarding and consolidation of Jira and Confluence environments from multiple existing suites.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Junior profile with interest or initial experience in Jira and Confluence administration.

- Professional working proficiency in English, minimum B2 level.

- Ability to document technical requirements clearly and accurately.

- Structured, collaborative and solution-oriented approach to delivery.

- Availability for a hybrid working model, with regular office presence according to location and project needs.
