General Description
The Visual Content Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and brand-consistent materials that communicate messages effectively across digital and print platforms. This role involves designing a wide range of assets — including social media graphics, marketing materials, website visuals, and multimedia content — to enhance brand identity and engagement.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
- Develop infographics, presentations, and motion graphics to communicate complex ideas visually.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Create and maintain brand templates, style guides, and asset libraries.
- Edit photos, videos, and other media for marketing and communication purposes.
- Optimize designs for different platforms and formats (desktop, mobile, print, etc.).
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep visual content fresh and modern.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Visual Content Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) or similar design tools.
- Experience with video editing and motion design is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
