Job Title: Job Advertising Coordinator
Monthly Pay: $3,721 - $5,558 USD per month
Summary:
Working in a project management tool such as monday.com and an applicant-tracking system such as Greenhouse, the Job Advertising Coordinator organizes approved job advertising requests, placement schedules, and campaign updates. This role helps job advertisements reach relevant audiences with accurate information and working application links. The position sits within the marketing team, works under a marketing team lead, and coordinates with recruiters, hiring contacts, and advertising platform support teams. This is a fully remote, desk-based position offering work from home in Georgia, United States. The role requires a 40-hour weekly commitment. Working days and shift times may vary.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive job advertising requests through email and the shared task queue, record requested placements and deadlines, and identify missing information before scheduling work.
- Check approved job titles, locations, application links, placement instructions, and campaign dates against recruiter requests, asking the requesting recruiter to clarify any differences.
- Organize request status, ownership, deadlines, and approval checkpoints in a project management tool such as monday.com so teammates can see upcoming advertising activity.
- Coordinate approved job advertisements across selected job boards, using supplied wording and existing templates rather than creating advertising copy or visual materials.
- Verify that advertisements display the approved information and direct applicants to the correct vacancy in an applicant-tracking system such as Greenhouse.
- Track placement dates, advertisement status, and available campaign measures, including views, clicks, and application totals, to support routine campaign reporting.
- Compare placement results across approved channels, summarize observable differences, and flag unusual changes to the marketing team lead without making unsupported conclusions.
- Follow up with recruiters on pending approvals and changing vacancy status; escalate broken links, failed placements, and access issues to platform support and the team lead.
- Coordinate approved renewals, pauses, and advertisement removals when vacancies change, checking that updates appear correctly and notifying the relevant recruiter when complete.
- Maintain clear completion notes and handoffs; quality is judged through placement accuracy, timely turnaround, complete tracking notes, and consistent follow-up on unresolved requests.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- About 1-2 years of experience in job advertising coordination, recruitment marketing support, or digital advertising administration preferred.
- Familiarity with job board placements, campaign schedules, vacancy status updates, and the distinction between advertisement views, clicks, and completed applications.
- Ability to use task queues and applicant-tracking systems to organize requests, verify vacancy details, and keep advertising activity connected to approved instructions.
- Comfortable reviewing campaign measures and preparing concise status summaries that distinguish observed results from assumptions about audience behavior.
- Clear written and verbal communication for requesting missing details, confirming approvals, and explaining placement issues to recruiters and platform support contacts.
- Ability to prioritize overlapping deadlines, check links and placement details carefully, and maintain useful handoff notes for colleagues.
- A reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet private workspace, with availability for the 40-hour weekly commitment and agreed working days and shift times.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Perks & Benefits:
- Fully remote work from home in a desk-based job advertising coordination role.
- Structured onboarding and training on the named systems, placement workflows, approval steps, and reporting expectations.
- Regular check-ins with the team lead to review priorities, questions, and development needs.
- Opportunities to build recruitment advertising coordination, campaign tracking, channel research, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Health coverage, paid leave, a 401(k), maternity leave, and stipends.
