What We're Looking For We're looking for engineers who want to own outcomes, not just tickets. We are seeking exceptional talent at the Software Engineer, Senior Engineer, and Staff Engineer levels This description represents roles spanning all specializations across Software Engineering. You likely have: Solid experience in your engineering specialization, with examples of work that held up in production. Curiosity about AI and agentic workflows, and a willingness to try new tools rather than defaulting to how things have always been done. Good technical judgment with a bias toward simple, working solutions over elaborate ones. Ability to explain your technical decisions in terms non-experts can understand. Comfort partnering with teammates across engineering, product, and other functions. Ownership mindset, curiosity, and adaptability in a fast-moving, evolving technical environment. How We Measure Success Within 6 to 12 months, success in an Engineering role at Invoca will look like: The part of the system you own shows clear, measurable improvement, whether that's fewer incidents, faster cycle time, better data quality, better test coverage, or similar, depending on your specialty.
