WHO WE ARE

New Classrooms is a national non-profit organization focused on reimagining math education for all students. We are a fully remote team of educators, technologists, and advocates committed to the idea that all students deserve an educational pathway that meets them where they are and gets them to where they need to be. We partner with schools, districts, and states to support the implementation of our personalized, competency-based math solution, Teach to One Roadmaps, while also advocating for shifts across the K-12 landscape to create the conditions for more student-centered learning.

THE WORK WE DO

Our team brings together people with a wide range of expertise. What connects us is a commitment to students and the educators who serve them, and a drive to build solutions that work in real schools. Here’s a look at some of the work our teams do:

  • Education Solutions: Works with district and school leaders to understand their goals and bring Teach to One to more students.
  • Finance & Accounting: Manages accounting, budgeting, financial planning, and reporting that keep our organization strong and sustainable.
  • Development: Builds relationships with funders and partners who invest in our vision for math learning.
  • Insights & Analytics: Studies student learning and program data to understand what’s working and help educators, partners, and our own team make better decisions.
  • Marketing & Communications: Tells our story and helps schools, districts, and the public understand our work and why it matters.
  • People & Culture: Recruits, supports, and develops the people who carry our mission forward, and builds a culture where our team thrives.
  • Policy & Advocacy: Shapes the conversation on assessment, accountability, personalized competency-based learning, and innovative learning models in math.
  • Product: Designs learning solutions around what each student knows and is ready to learn next.
  • Program Success: Partners with schools and districts on implementation, program support, and academic success, so educators and students get the most from Teach to One.
  • Technology: Builds and maintains the systems and infrastructure behind our math learning solution.
