How you'll make an impact:
Team leadership

- Build team capability in process thinking, data literacy, and automation tools.
HR operations
- Own end-to-end HR administration across all countries and legal entities: onboarding, employment changes, offboarding, documentation, and records;
- Manage the contractor lifecycle (engagement, contracts, extensions, terminations) in partnership with Legal and Finance, ensuring compliance and mitigating classification risk;
- Coordinate with external HR and employment administration providers, payroll partners, and EOR (Employer of Record) providers to ensure accurate, timely payroll inputs across entities where needed, service quality, compliance, and efficient end-to-end employee lifecycle management;
- Establish standardized procedures, SLAs, quality controls, and clear ownership across all HR Ops processes;
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies in every jurisdiction.
Compensation & benefits
- Own the annual and off-cycle salary review processes, market benchmarking, and compensation adjustments;
- Develop and maintain compensation frameworks (grades, salary ranges, bonus schemes) that are competitive, consistent, and financially sustainable;
- Oversee salary reviews, market benchmarking, and benefits administration across countries;
- Partner with Finance on personnel cost budgeting, forecasting, and workforce cost analysis.
Automation and AI
- Define and execute the roadmap for HR Operations digitalization, with measurable targets for automation and efficiency;
- Identify, prioritize, and eliminate manual and repetitive work through workflow automation, system integrations, and AI-enabled tools;
- Act as HR's business owner for HR systems: translate requirements into clear specifications for IT and drive implementation to adoption.
HR data & analytics
- Own HR data quality and integrity as the single source of truth across systems;
- Build and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting on HR operations, headcount, compensation, and personnel costs;
- Use data to identify inefficiencies, anticipate risks, and support management decisions.
Stakeholder management
- Build strong partnerships with Finance, IT, Legal, HR Business Partners, and business leadership;
- Balance competing priorities across compliance, cost, speed, and employee experience, and drive alignment on complex cross-functional decisions;
- Lead cross-functional projects from scoping to delivery.
What makes you a great fit:
- 4+ years in HR Operations, HR Administration, and/or Compensation & Benefits, including 1+ years managing a team;
- Hands-on experience running HR operations across multiple countries and legal entities, including contractor populations;
- Solid knowledge of compensation management, benchmarking methodologies (Mercer, Korn Ferry), benefits, and personnel cost planning;
- Proven track record of process optimization and automation projects delivered with IT, with measurable results;
- Practical experience applying AI tools to HR or operational processes, with examples of what you implemented;
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency;
- Structured, organized approach with strong project management skills;
- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, influence senior stakeholders, challenge existing approaches constructively, and drive decisions across functions, particularly with Finance and IT;
