Jr. Affiliate Marketing Account Manager

We are now looking for a Jr. Affiliate Account Manager to join the team and be part of a fast-paced growing company. LOCATION: The JR Affiliate Manager is a remote, work from home position. Canada, US and LATAM locations will be considered, however, however, we are looking for candidates that have Native (near to Native) English proficiency. THE ROLE: We are looking for a motivated, performance-driven Jr. Affiliate Manager to join our Affiliate Team, and help us scale our services in the US and Europe through our affiliates and network partners.Our ideal candidate is a professional with previous Affiliate experience on the agency side who has excellent communication skills and relationship management. We are looking for someone who has account management skills, who is computer savvy, has strong interpersonal skills, and likes to hustle. ABOUT YOU: ● Knowledge and experience working with Affiliate Networks (ShareASale, Commission Junction, etc.) ● 1-2 years of direct affiliate management experience (in-house, agency, network) required ● Ability to work independently ● Sales driven professional with excellent communication skills ● Digital marketing experience is a plus. ● Strong reporting and analytical skills. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Develop and grow relationships with network and major affiliates ● Manage affiliate partners (while having an understanding of the client’s business models and key industry trends). ● Problem solving with regards to sales and campaign management activities ● Responsible for maintaining and increasing the levels of sales as set by monthly targets ● Manage ongoing communication with publishers to understand key challenges and drive innovation/improvements for the business ● Monitoring and improving the performance of all campaigns ● Conduct tests, advice customer operations to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns BENEFITS: We offer you: ● Growth Opportunities within the company ● The chance to develop your expertise skills, with a creative and high performing international team ● Competitive salary ● Work from home All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
