Junior 1st Line IT Supporter for the Nordic team – Copenhagen Area/Malmø (Hybrid)

At Egmont IT, we are now looking for a Junior 1st Line IT Supporter for our office in Copenhagen Area/Malmø. You will be part of a distributed, close-knit Nordic IT team with colleagues in Sweden, Denmark and Norway.

In this role, you will handle day-to-day IT tickets with support and guidance from experienced colleagues. You will build your technical skills, learn how a professional service desk works and grow into a confident IT supporter. No two days are the same, and we value curiosity and a willingness to learn just as much as experience.

Main responsibilities:
- Receive, analyze and resolve incoming IT tickets via the ticketing system, phone and chat, and escalate to 2nd/3rd line when needed.
- Handle standard user administration, permissions and licenses in Microsoft 365 / Entra ID (Azure AD)and Active Directory, following established procedures.
- Provide first-line troubleshooting and support for clients (Windows/macOS), network/VPN, hardware and software.
- Keep users informed and make sure tickets are clearly and correctly documented.
- Help create and update technical documentation and knowledge base (KB) articles.
- Flag recurring problems and suggest ideas for improvements.
- Collaborate with 2nd/3rd line, operations and infrastructure teams in the Nordics.
- Support colleagues on-site in Copenhagen with local issues that cannot be resolved remotely.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has 0–2 years of experience in IT support/Service Desk, or relevant education, internship or student job in IT.
- Has basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, Windows/macOS and networking (e.g. DNS, DHCP, VPN).
