Reporting to: Head of Sales

Department: Sales

Start date: From 1st January 2027

Job Mission

We are looking for a proactive, customer-oriented, and highly organised Junior Account Manager to join our team.

Operating in an international B2B environment, we work closely with our business partners to deliver high-quality products and an excellent customer experience. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, ensuring that orders run smoothly, enquiries are handled efficiently, and our partners receive the support they need to grow their business with us.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and enjoys finding solutions rather than waiting for problems to arise. As we operate remotely, self-discipline, accountability, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Customer relationship management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our B2B partners.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring timely, professional, and solution-oriented communication.
  • Proactively follow up on customer needs, open issues, and outstanding requests.
  • Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey.

Operational management

  • Manage and follow up on customer orders, from order placement through delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve order discrepancies, delivery delays, stock availability issues, and other operational challenges.
  • Monitor open orders and proactively communicate potential issues before they affect the customer.
  • Handle returns, claims, and other customer-related administrative processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, order information, and follow-up activities in the relevant systems.

Customer success & Continuous improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and simplify internal processes.
  • Anticipate customer needs and take a proactive approach to preventing issues.
  • Support the Sales Team with customer-related information, reporting and administrative follow-up.
  • Help ensure that our partners have the information and support they need to serve their own customers effectively.
  • Contribute to building scalable customer service processes as the company grows.

What we are looking for:

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, with the confidence to communicate professionally with international business partners. Additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • 2+ years’ experience in account management, customer service, customer success, sales support, or order management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • A strong customer-first mindset combined with a practical, business-oriented approach.
  • A proactive attitude: someone who takes initiative, follows through, and takes ownership until an issue is resolved.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • The discipline and self-motivation required to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Confidence using Microsoft, digital tools, spreadsheets, CRM and ERP systems.

What do we offer?

  • An attractive salary and benefits model
  • The opportunity to join an international, fast-growing business
  • A remote working environment
  • A collaborative team where initiative and ideas are valued
  • The opportunity to improve processes and make a tangible impact on the customer experience
  • Professional challenges and career development opportunities
  • The opportunity to work with some of the world’s leading brands

Application Procedure

Please submit your CV in English including a portfolio or a link to your portfolio together with the resume. We will review each application on an ongoing basis and if your profile is shortlisted, one of our recruiters will call you to get acquainted by telephone. The next steps will include an interview with the Head of Marketing and other relevant team members and a practical case study to explore your approach to marketing and how you translate ideas into execution. Throughout the process, you will have the opportunity to learn more about GLO, the role and our team, as well as ask any questions you may have.

Good luck and hope see you soon!
