Junior AI Consultant

As a Junior AI Consultant, you’ll work with customers to explore their challenges, uncover promising AI use cases and turn conversations into clear next steps. You’ll collaborate with technical specialists, bringing curiosity, your ideas, expertise and a people-first approach to every project.

• Provide day-to-day technical support for internal teams and customers using AI tools and solutions.

• Build and configure AI agents in customers’ Microsoft environments using Copilot Studio.

• Help users troubleshoot issues with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365 and AI agents.

• Support the setup, testing and maintenance of AI solutions and automated workflows.

• Work with technical specialists on integrations and automation using Azure and Power Automate.

• Document solutions and provide practical guidance to help users make the most of AI tools.

• Relevant degree within IT, and interest in AI, automation and solving practical technical problems.

• Familiar with the Microsoft ecosystem, with initial exposure to tools such as Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate and Azure.

• Keen to build AI agents and develop your technical skills through practical work.

• Comfortable communicating in Swedish and English with customers and colleagues, asking questions and explaining technical topics clearly.

• Structured and proactive when troubleshooting, documenting your work and following up on issues.

• Able to take ownership of tasks independently while collaborating with more experienced specialists.

Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Work model: Hybrid.
Employment type: Full-time employment directly with our client.
Salary: 30 000–40 000 SEK per month.
Start date: By agreement.
