Junior AI Creative Developer – 3D, 360° Imaging & Interactive Experiences

At Inflight Solutions, we're looking for a creative, technically curious developer who combines a strong understanding of visual technologies, 3D environments, 360° imagery, video, and interactive experiences with the ability to build practical solutions using AI-assisted development tools.

This is not a traditional graphic design, video editing, or software engineering position.

We're looking for someone who understands how visual content works and can translate creative and operational challenges into functional tools, interactive applications, and streamlined workflows.

You'll work directly with our creative and image/video production teams, identifying opportunities to improve daily processes and rapidly developing solutions while our engineering team works on larger, scalable technology platforms.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with our image and video production teams to understand workflows, challenges, and technical requirements.
• Develop lightweight applications, interactive interfaces, and practical tools using AI-assisted coding platforms.
• Build and improve interactive 360° viewers, visual navigation interfaces, and digital presentation experiences.
• Explore solutions involving 3D environments, architectural visualization, image processing, and video workflows.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve creative production efficiency.
• Develop intuitive UX/UI solutions for visual applications.
• Experiment with AI-assisted development to accelerate prototyping, testing, and implementation.
• Collaborate with our engineering team to ensure short-term solutions can inform future scalable platforms.

What We're Looking For

Visual & Interactive Technology

• Knowledge of 3D environments, interactive graphics, or real-time visualization.
• Familiarity with Unity, Unreal Engine, Three.js, WebGL, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of 360° panoramic imagery, immersive experiences, or virtual tours.
• Knowledge of digital image and video formats, resolutions, rendering, and visual production workflows.
• Strong visual judgment and an interest in UX/UI design.

AI-Assisted Development

• Ability to use AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to build functional solutions.
• Strong prompting, problem-solving, and iterative development skills.
• Interest in rapid prototyping, workflow automation, and creative technology.
• Ability to independently research, experiment, troubleshoot, and implement solutions.

Professional Skills

• Strong analytical and creative thinking.
• Ability to communicate directly with creative and technical teams.
• Comfortable translating visual requirements into working applications.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn.
• English proficiency is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of 3D modeling, shaders, textures, or rendering pipelines.
• Experience with image processing, computer vision, or video automation.
• Familiarity with Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Blender, or similar creative software.
• Experience developing web-based interactive experiences.
• Familiarity with APIs, Python, JavaScript, or automation platforms.
