Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Architect with growth opportunity as Senior Architect if performance is qualified. The Junior Architect will support the design and documentation of residential and commercial projects in US, Mexico and the Philippines. Day-to-day tasks include preparing plans, sections, and elevations; contributing to 3D models and visualizations; coordinating with project managers on schedules and milestones; and helping translate client needs into functional, well-crafted spaces. The role also involves collaborating with senior architects, assisting with permitting and construction documentation, and maintaining organized project files and digital workflows. The Junior Architect is expected to participate in design reviews, provide technical input, and support the integration of design solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to support concept development and detailed precise project documentation.
- Experience or familiarity with Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural workflows, digital tools, or design technologies.
- Skills in Project Management, including organization, time management, and coordination across project stages and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (AutoCAD, SketchUp) and 3D modeling/rendering skills (Enscape).
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Strong visual, technical, and written communication skills and initiative, with the ability to present ideas clearly in drawings and documentation.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn unconventional design details, and interest in high-quality, craft-focused design and construction.
