Role Description The Senior Architect is a full-time remote role responsible for leading architectural projects from early concept through completion. The Senior Architect will lead and support the design and documentation of residential and commercial projects in US, Mexico and the Philippines. Day-to-day tasks include preparing plans, sections, and elevations; contributing to 3D models and visualizations; coordinating with project managers on schedules and milestones; and helping translate client needs into functional, well-crafted spaces. This role includes developing design concepts, producing detailed drawings and documentation, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained. The Senior Architect will maintain project schedule and quality standards, while guiding junior team members and contributing to studio best practices. The Senior Architect is expected to lead and participate in design reviews, provide technical input, and support the integration of design solutions throughout the project lifecycle.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Architecture
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction Drawings
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Architecture and Planning
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software: AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, Google Workspace
  • Strong foundation in Architectural Design, with the ability to support concept development and detailed precise project documentation
  • Experience with software as they relate to architectural workflows, digital tools, or design technologies
  • Skills in Project Management, including organization, time management, and coordination across project stages and stakeholders
  • Strong visual, technical, and written communication skills and initiative, with the ability to present ideas clearly and promptly in drawings and documentation
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a distributed team
  • Attention to detail, willingness to learn unconventional design details, and interest in high-quality, craft-focused design and construction
  • Hybrid work, primarily remote with some meetings required for vendors, and regular on site meetings during CA/CO
  • 160 hours a month/full time, work hours can be discussed
