YOUR ROLE We are currently seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join Kirey Advisory and support management consulting projects within the banking sector . Kirey Advisory is a management consulting boutique and part of the Kirey Group , combining a strong business vision, a data-driven approach, and proven execution capabilities to help clients address complex strategic and operational challenges. Responsibilities Contributing to consulting projects through analytical activities and support in the preparation of project deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, and Word documents. • Participating in meetings with internal project teams and clients, while working closely alongside senior consultants. • Analyzing and mapping business processes, as well as supporting the design of organizational models within the banking sector. • Supporting project management activities for business and technology initiatives in both national and international environments. • Assisting with internal initiatives, such as business case development, scenario analysis, benchmarking studies, thought leadership content production on specific topics, and participation in industry events. • Contributing to ongoing research and development activities aligned with key market trends, including the assessment of innovative technologies and platforms (FinTech, enterprise solutions, etc.) applicable to the financial services sector, such as Generative AI, robotics, Machine Learning, and other emerging technologies. Requirements Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Business Administration, or other STEM disciplines. • Basic knowledge of the banking industry, including an understanding of key market players, products, and services. • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French would be considered a plus. • Strong interest in organizational design, workforce sizing, process analysis, project management, and technology-related topics, including IT tools and systems. • Willingness to travel and work on client sites, both within Italy and internationally. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate will have between 1 and 3 years of professional experience, preferably gained within a consulting firm. Key requirements include a strong willingness to challenge themselves and join a boutique consulting environment where they can make a tangible impact and contribute more significantly than in larger organizations. The role also requires availability to work on client sites, as well as a willingness to travel both within Italy and internationally WHAT WE OFFER The proposed salary includes a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging between €25,000 and €35,000 , depending on skills and experience.
