The opportunity ✨

As a Junior Cyber Security Analyst, you’ll support the security of IAG Loyalty’s customer, partner and technology services while building your experience across different areas of information security. You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues, helping with day-to-day security activity and contributing to projects, while turning findings into clear actions and following issues through to resolution.

What you’ll be doing 🚀

You’ll support security monitoring, investigations, vulnerability management and control activities, helping to assess issues, gather evidence and identify practical next steps. You’ll work with colleagues across security and the wider business, keep clear records, track actions through to completion and escalate material concerns when needed. You’ll also have opportunities to contribute to security improvements and transformation activity while developing your knowledge and skills.

What we need from you ⚡

• Around 1–2 years’ experience in cyber security or a related environment.
• A curious, willing-to-learn mindset and an interest in developing your cyber security knowledge and experience.
• Some practical understanding of common cyber security threats and how security issues can be investigated and followed through.
• An organised approach, with the ability to work with information, evidence and records accurately.
• The confidence to communicate clearly and work effectively with colleagues across different teams.

The Blend 📍

This role will work as part of our Loyalty Division and is based out of our London/Warrington office. We call our approach to hybrid working The Blend — it’s about giving you the flexibility to choose where you do your best work, while staying connected with your team and the wider business. This means you will be required to spend at least two days per week in the office, with the rest of the time working from home. You may also be required to work from one of our other office or partner locations, based on your role and 'to do' list
