Junior Full-Stack .NET Developer (Hybrid) Overview We are looking for a Junior Full-Stack .NET Developer to join a Scrum development team of five members. The mission focuses on developing and enhancing modules within a social services application, supporting process automation, case management, debt recovery, and HR reporting functionalities. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain business applications using .NET and Angular technologies. Contribute to the development of an automatic case assignment module based on configurable criteria such as availability, workload, geographic location, and FTE capacity. Develop a debt recovery management solution including: Debt tracking and status management Automated reminders and payment plans Integration with the social services application Document generation and mail merge functionality Workflow management for recovery processes Partner communication through external platforms Reporting and case-level monitoring Develop a request management registry for request creation, tracking, document management, and automated case creation. Develop an absence management reporting tool using workforce and attendance data to support HR monitoring and reporting. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, testing, code reviews, and deployments. Collaborate with developers, business users, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Required Skills & Experience Experience with: C# .NET / ASP.NET Angular Entity Framework MS SQL Server PostgreSQL Azure DevOps Git RabbitMQ Microservices Architecture Visual Studio Knowledge of social services or case management systems is an advantage. Experience with Sociabili is a plus. Active Visual Studio subscription required. Profile Eager to learn and develop technical skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Team player with good communication skills. Organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable working in an Agile environment. Languages French: Native proficiency. Dutch: Nice to have.
