WHO CAN APPLY?

We welcome applications from IT graduates and master’s students who:

• Have good English communication skills (B2) and can understand technical documentation.
• Possess basic knowledge of Java programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Have an understanding of fundamental data structures and algorithms.
• Are familiar with relational database concepts and basic SQL queries.
• Have basic knowledge of Git version control.
• Possess basic knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

During the Academy, you will gain practical experience in:

• Java Core concepts and Object-Oriented Programming principles.
• Collections Framework, Exception Handling, Streams, and Lambda Expressions.
• Spring Boot fundamentals and enterprise application development.
• REST API design and integration.
• Relational databases, SQL, and data persistence concepts.
• Version control using Git and collaborative development practices.
• Unit testing fundamentals with JUnit.
• Linux/Unix fundamentals and development environments.
• Software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and application performance analysis.
• Professional AI usage in SDLC

NICE TO HAVE

• Academic projects, personal projects, or a GitHub portfolio developed in Java.
• Participation in internships, coding competitions, hackathons, or technical academies.
• Basic knowledge of Spring Framework or Spring Boot.
• Exposure to Docker or containerization concepts.
• Interest in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
