We are looking for a Junior Lawyer who wants to develop their expertise through international legal work and gain practical exposure to regulatory, corporate, and commercial matters. This role is well suited to an early-career legal professional who is comfortable working with complex information, enjoys research, and is motivated to grow within an international environment.
Responsibilities:
Research legislation, regulatory frameworks, and legal requirements across multiple jurisdictions, preparing structured findings for ongoing matters and projects
Prepare and review a range of legal materials, including commercial agreements, legal memoranda, and compliance documentation
Support licensing and regulatory procedures, helping prepare documentation and coordinate the necessary steps
Track relevant legislative and regulatory developments and assist in evaluating how changes may affect business operations
Contribute to compliance and other regulatory projects, working alongside more experienced legal colleagues
Participate in international and cross-border legal matters, providing research, drafting, and administrative legal support throughout different project stages
Handle professional correspondence and assist with communication involving clients, regulators, and external business partners
Work closely with senior lawyers, incorporating feedback and gradually taking on more complex legal assignments
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
Good command of written and spoken English, sufficient for legal research, document work, and professional business communication
Strong research and analytical abilities, with the confidence to work with legislation and complex legal information
Careful and structured approach to documentation, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to organize multiple assignments, set priorities, and consistently meet agreed deadlines
Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders
Responsible and proactive approach to work, with a genuine interest in learning and developing legal expertise
Flexibility and willingness to work with unfamiliar topics, jurisdictions, and new regulatory challenges
Would be a plus:
Previous practical experience as a lawyer, paralegal, legal assistant, or in a similar legal position
Exposure to corporate, commercial, international, or IT law
Knowledge of additional foreign languages
