Our partner, the leading American multinational IT company, is looking for a Junior Logistics Claim Coordinator to join their team!


Note:

We offer an initial contract of one year through Prohuman with the possibility of extension/conversion. We are looking for someone who can dedicate 8 hours/day (09:00 – 18:00, one hour lunch break, hybrid (2 days from the office, 3 days WFH)), from Monday to Friday, communicates efficiently and has 1-2 years of experience within the customer support field in a multinational organization. Seniority and remuneration: junior-mid level.


Responsibilities:


  • This role focuses on tracking and resolving complaints received from B2B customers. The person in this position works with an internal platform where they retrieve complaints and monitor the entire workflow in order to resolve them, analysing the situation and taking the necessary actions. They are also responsible for reporting to management based on this workflow, including the number of complaints received, the number resolved, and other relevant metrics.
  • Communication: B2B (business-to-business) environment.
  • The role is responsible for transportation performance across the company’s European network, from the departure of goods from factories/warehouses through to final delivery to the customer, as confirmed by the relevant documentation, including consolidation activities at the department’s warehouses.
  • Ensures on-time delivery to the company’s customers.
  • Monitors delivery performance on a daily basis, identifying and preventing deviations and taking action to ensure that agreed conditions and requirements are met.
  • Coordinates relationships with carriers’ operations teams, representing the Logistics department’s perspective and gaining support for its initiatives.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year work experience;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Excellent time management;
  • Problems identification and strategic thinking; solution oriented;
  • Bachelor degree or in course of obtaining;
  • Fluency in English.
