Are you an organized and proactive professional with 1–2 years of experience in PMO, project support or administrative functions? Join DXC-Luxoft and support international automotive programs shaping the mobility solutions of the future.

🔹 What you’ll do:

• Support project and delivery teams with reporting, KPIs, SLAs and data analysis

• Track project activities, actions and deliverables

• Prepare presentations and project updates

• Organize meetings, minutes and follow-up actions

• Manage project documentation and information across Jira, Confluence and SharePoint

• Support process improvements and identify opportunities to make workflows more efficient

• Contribute to smooth project execution and stakeholder coordination

🔹 What we’re looking for:

• 1–2 years of experience in PMO, project support, PMA or similar roles

• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, charts and pivot tables

• Good knowledge of PowerPoint and SharePoint

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence

• Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills

• Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently

• Interest in using AI tools to improve productivity

⭐ Nice to have:

• German language B2+

• Experience working with delivery teams or in an SDLC environment

• Knowledge of project management processes and tools

• Experience with management or financial reporting
