We are now looking for a full time, hands-on and proactive


Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Espoo, Stockholm, Amsterdam or Larvik.

to support the execution of Smartvatten's marketing activities across our European markets. 


About the role 

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and support a broad range of activities across content, digital marketing, sales enablement, campaigns and events. This is a role for someone who enjoys getting things done, keeping things organised and turning marketing plans into execution. 

Key responsibilities 

Content & Sales Enablement 

  • Create and update presentations, one-pagers, brochures and other sales and marketing materials. 

  • Maintain GetAccept templates, Deal Rooms and sales enablement content. 

  • Coordinate translations and local adaptations. 

  • Ensure materials are up to date and follow our brand and Tone of Voice. 

Website & Digital Marketing 

  • Update and maintain website content, landing pages and campaigns. 

  • Support SEO and SEM activities across our different markets. 

  • Help ensure website content is accurate, relevant and optimised. 

  • Support basic tracking and reporting of digital marketing performance.
     

Social Media & Campaigns 

  • Create, coordinate and publish social media content. 

  • Maintain the content calendar and support campaign execution. 

  • Prepare campaign assets and coordinate activities across markets and channels. 

Events & Webinars 

  • Coordinate the practical planning and execution of webinars, including invitations, speakers, presentations, registration and follow-up. 

  • Support local teams with exhibitions, customer events and other marketing activities. 

  • Coordinate marketing materials and practical event needs. 

Brand & Marketing Coordination 

  • Help ensure consistent use of the Smartvatten brand across channels and markets. 

  • Maintain marketing templates, assets and content libraries. 

  • Coordinate smaller marketing projects, agencies and freelancers when needed. 

  • Support the Head of Marketing with day-to-day marketing activities and priorities. 


Who are we looking for ?

You are early in your marketing career and eager to learn. You are organised, proactive and comfortable working with different types of marketing tasks and have:

  • Relevant education or initial experience in marketing, communications or a related field. 

  • Strong written and spoken English. 

  • Fluency in Finnish is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement for the role

  • Good attention to detail and an eye for visual communication. 

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, websites and content. 

  • A hands-on mindset and willingness to learn new tools. 

  • The ability to manage several tasks and deadlines at the same time. 


Experience with tools such as Canva, CMS platforms, GetAccept, Salesforce, Google Analytics or Google Ads is an advantage, but not a requirement.
