Understanding what players need is essential to delivering a great player experience. In this role, you’ll turn support data and player feedback into clear, actionable insights that help our teams understand contact drivers, identify friction points and prioritise improvements.

With a focus on reporting and analytics, you’ll build and maintain dashboards, bring together data from different sources and help reduce manual reporting. This is an opportunity to develop your analytical skills while contributing to the experience of players around the world.

This role is based at our Taguspark studio in Lisbon, with a hybrid working arrangement requiring three days per week in the studio.

What will you be doing at Miniclip?

  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking support volumes, contact drivers and ticket trends.
  • Combine and check data from different sources to simplify reporting.
  • Analyse player feedback and repeat contacts to identify common issues.
  • Monitor support trends after game updates and flag unusual changes.
  • Prepare clear reports and analysis to help teams prioritise improvements.

What are we looking for?

  • 1–3 years of experience in reporting, data analysis or support operations (or equivalent experience).
  • Working knowledge of SQL and strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience creating dashboards in a BI tool such as Looker, Domo or Tableau.
  • An analytical mindset, attention to detail and good organisational skills.
  • Strong English communication skills and the ability to explain findings clearly.

The following would be a plus:

  • Experience in Customer Support, Player Support or Zendesk reporting.
  • An interest in games or digital products.
  • Basic scripting, API or reporting automation knowledge.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in data analytics, business or IT.
