Our client is a global experience agency with over 27 years of delivering big ideas for some of the world’s most recognisable brands, governments and international organisations. Their work spans sport, music, finance, culture and global causes, and they specialise in experience strategy, connected creativity and complex production at scale. With teams across Europe, the US and the Middle East, they create new ways for brands to connect with people in culture, in communities and in person.

They’re now looking for a Project Manager to join their production team.

The role

This is the person who holds the operational spine of every project. While the producer drives the creative idea forward, you’ll keep everything around it on plan, on cadence and on the record. You’ll run the project workflow and support the team with planning, resourcing, scoping and moving production forward.

It’s a role for someone who thrives on forensic organisation, stays calm when there are lots of moving parts, and has the discipline to keep it all together as a project unfolds.

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years running project operations in events, experiential or similar live delivery
• Experience in operational roles on large scale or account based live projects
• Strong skills across scheduling, resourcing, print management, and risk and H&S
• A track record of keeping complex projects on plan, on cadence and fully documented
• Confident budget tracking, keeping projects on time and on return
• Clear, accurate and timely client communication and reporting
• A steady, dependable presence the whole project team can rely on
