Junior Proposal Writer

Role: Junior Proposal Writer Remote Fulltime – EST shift Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Proposal Writer (US Federal) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in proposal writing. This role requires strong writing, research, and organizational skills to develop compelling proposals for government and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities: Assist in writing proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. Research and analyze solicitation requirements to ensure compliance. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and technical teams to gather proposal content. Maintain proposal templates, boilerplate content, and best practices documentation. Ensure clarity, consistency, and persuasiveness in proposal content. Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively. Required Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in proposal writing (US Federal). Strong understanding of the proposal development lifecycle, including compliance and formatting guidelines. Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills. Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise content. Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat. Familiarity with government contracting and proposal management tools is a plus.
