Junior recruiter (upto 15K/ Target Based)

About The Opportunity

A fast-growing talent acquisition firm operating across India, we partner with startups and scaling tech companies to build high-impact hiring engines. Our recruiters own full-cycle hiring for engineering, product, sales, and operations roles — turning vague job descriptions into high-conversion candidate pipelines through smart sourcing, targeted outreach, and data-backed engagement. Role & Responsibilities

• Own 5–8 junior to mid-level hiring mandates per month across tech and non-tech verticals — from sourcing to offer closure.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, and cold outreach — hitting 15+ qualified profiles per role.
• Conduct 10–15 screening calls weekly, assessing role fit, motivation, and salary expectations.
• Run end-to-end coordination: schedule interviews, share feedback, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding handoff.
• Maintain 100% candidate CRM hygiene in Greenhouse/Workable — tracking status, notes, and feedback within 24 hrs.
• Hit monthly KPIs — 80%+ offer acceptance rate, 7–10 day time-to-fill, 15+ hires/month (variable based on target).
