What You'll Do Get Hands-On with Recruitment: You will help with job postings, sourcing, and interviewing. Think of it as your crash course in full-cycle hiring. Support Candidate Experience: You will ensure our candidates feel welcomed and informed at every step, from their first interaction to their onboarding. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialists and other teams to understand different hiring needs and uncover the best talent. Track and Analyze: Keep tabs on candidates, update our Applicant Tracking System, and learn how metrics influence better hiring decisions. Contribute to Our Employer Brand: Help us create engaging job ads, social media content, and outreach campaigns that reflect our startup energy. What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree: Ideally in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
