How You'll Contribute : Learning the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement Reaching out to candidates and clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn Writing and posting compelling job ads Screening resumes and conducting initial candidate interviews Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates Working with senior consultants on live roles and projects Learning sales techniques and client management strategies What Were Looking For: A genuine interest in recruitment, consulting, and sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills Motivation to hit targets and achieve results Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn Fluent in English Bachelor's degree (any field) or relevant experience in customer service, sales, or HR is a bonus not a must.
