Junior Reporting Analyst

The Role
This Junior Reporting Analyst position exists to bridge the gap between raw organizational data and actionable insights. You will support our consulting team by organizing complex information into clear, written reports that highlight where business systems are failing or where accountability is unclear. This is a fully remote role that requires a high degree of precision and the ability to work independently while remaining aligned with project goals.

What You Will Do

• Compile quantitative and qualitative data from client interviews, internal documents, and corporate filings.
• Maintain and update project trackers to ensure all evidence-backed findings are recorded accurately.
• Draft sections of status reports focusing on structural bottlenecks and accountability gaps within the client organization.
• Support the creation of organizational charts and diagrams that reflect operational realities rather than theoretical structures.
• Verify facts and figures within client presentations to ensure absolute precision and consistency.
• Organize digital archives of client communications and internal working papers for easy retrieval.
• Monitor project timelines to ensure all reporting documentation is delivered on schedule for the South African leadership team.

What We Are Looking For
