Your Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and engage with potential clients to build long-lasting partnerships.
  • Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to generate leads and expand the client base.
  • Support the recruitment team by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.


    • Requirements

    • Fluent in English (German knowledge is a plus)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
    • Experience in cold calling and client acquisition is preferred.
    • Enthusiasm for recruitment and sales, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic industry.
