Responsibilities

- Use LinkedIn to look for potential candidates

- Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates

- Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals

- Log candidate information in the database

What you will likely need to succeed:

- Proven work experience as a Sourcer or similar role (or a big desire to develop in this field)

- Hands-on experience with Linkedin and Google Sheets

- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously

- Self-starter and meticulous to details

- Would be a plus to have some experience in non-profit organizations (AIESEC, AEGEE, BEST etc.) or/and international experiences (AIESEC, Erasmus, W&T etc.)
