Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant

nGAGE Talent is looking for Junior Talent Acquisition Consultants to join our growing team in Kraków.

In this role, you will help fill high-volume technical positions within the fast-paced manufacturing, automation, and logistics sectors. Never done recruitment before? Don't worry! We are happy to show you how it's done with full training. While initial recruitment experience is a plus, it is not essential. What matters most is a positive mindset, a hunger to succeed, and a proactive approach.

The Profile We Are Looking For

• Communication: Excellent spoken and written English.
• Customer Focus: A strong level of customer awareness and service ethic.
• Confidence: Comfortable on the phone and eager to speak with candidates, team members, and managers.
• Growth Mindset: A strong willingness to learn the role, tools, and the industry.
• Attitude: High ownership, reliability, and a proactive mindset.
• Dutch language skills or prior work experience within the Dutch market is a strong advantage (but not essential!).

Role Scope & Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Developing creative sourcing methods across various channels.
• Talent Pooling: Creating talent pipelines and building robust candidate databases.
• Screening: Reviewing and screening candidates via phone and Microsoft Teams.
• Collaboration: Presenting top candidates to managers and working closely with senior team members.
• Networking: Building strong, lasting relationships within your professional network.
