Find out more at http://careers.jdepeets.com Manage the end-to-end commercial relationship with key local retail chains, including Mopaş, Çağrı, Hakmar, Onur Özen, Kim, and Happy Center. Develop and execute annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with assigned customers to drive sustainable growth. Negotiate and implement in-store visibility and merchandising agreements to maximize brand presence and shelf visibility. Analyze Nielsen market data and translate insights into actionable business strategies. Collaborate closely with the Trade Marketing and Shopper Marketing teams to deliver customer-focused initiatives and achieve business objectives. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Previous experience in the FMCG industry is preferred. Minimum of 3 years' experience managing the specified local key accounts or similar modern trade customers. Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in Turkish; English proficiency is an asset.
