As Key Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for managing, retaining and growing a portfolio of important client relationships, while supporting the effective performance and development of the wider Partnerships team.
This is a commercially focused, hands-on role combining account management, client relationship development, revenue growth, service delivery and cross-discipline teamwork. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, developing a strong understanding of their businesses and identifying opportunities for Viewber to deliver additional value through its existing and future services.
The role requires someone who is equally comfortable developing relationships with senior client stakeholders, analysing account performance and identifying commercial opportunities as they are supporting day-to-day client requirements and resolving operational issues.
We would be very interested to hear from applicants who are exceptional at:
• Developing, nurturing and strengthening long-term client relationships.
• Creating new opportunities and delivering sustainable growth from existing client accounts.
• Using data and insight to make commercially relevant recommendations.
• Delivering excellent service while balancing client expectations with operational and commercial requirements.
• Leading, coaching and supporting colleagues to achieve high standards.
• Being solution-focused, accountable and results-driven.
You can find up-to-date information about our services on our website. In short, we are a PropTech company that enables property professionals, including auctioneers, estate agents, online agents, property managers, social housing providers and landlords, to outsource property viewings, inspections and more.

To thrive in this role, you will need to be commercially minded, highly organised and adaptable, with a proactive approach to client management, revenue growth and team leadership.

Essential skills and attributes:
• Ideally, you will have 3+ years of account management experience, preferably within the property, outsourcing, technology or another service-led sector.
• Experience of managing commercially important or complex client relationships.
• Ideally, you will have 3+ years experience of solution selling, as transactional selling does not form part of our sales process.
• Demonstrable experience of retaining clients and generating additional revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to identify account trends, risks and opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Patience and perseverance when managing long-term outsourcing and account-development pipelines.
• The ability to work with fluidity, manage competing priorities and remain effective in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience of HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.
