Role Description The Keyholder is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting daily operations, representing the brand, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across Waste Innovation Stories’ digital touchpoints and any retail or pop-up environments. In this position, the Keyholder may be entrusted with opening and closing duties, maintaining organized and secure systems, and supporting the implementation of merchandising or storytelling campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include answering customer inquiries, providing product and content information, assisting with digital or physical sales processes, and reinforcing sustainability-focused brand messaging. The Keyholder collaborates with team members to uphold service standards, track basic performance metrics, and help create a welcoming, inclusive environment for audiences and customers interested in waste innovation and circular solutions.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Product Knowledge and the ability to clearly explain offerings, stories, and sustainability concepts.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage diverse audiences through in-person, digital, and written interactions.
• Candidates should possess Retail Sales skills, including basic POS usage, upselling, and supporting promotional activities.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle questions, resolve concerns, and provide responsive support.
• Candidates should possess Customer Experience skills to create a positive, inclusive, and informative environment aligned with the brand’s mission.
• Strong interest in sustainability, circular economy, and innovation in waste management is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and follow operational procedures and security protocols.
• Prior experience in retail, customer-facing roles, or mission-driven organizations is an advantage.
