The Role
Kultre Media is seeking an experienced
Media Buyer
with advanced expertise in
Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
and
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
. In this role, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid ad campaigns for our clients, managing budgets ranging from $5,000 to $100,000 per month.
Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns across Meta and Google platforms
Conduct in-depth audience and keyword research to drive performance
Test and iterate creative, copy, targeting, and landing pages for maximum ROI
Analyze data and provide regular reporting with actionable insights
Collaborate with creative strategists and account managers to align on campaign goals
Stay updated on platform changes, ad policies, and performance trends
Requirements
3–5+ years of hands-on media buying experience (agency experience preferred)
Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, etc.)
Proven ability to manage and scale ad spend of $10K+ per client
Experience directing creative teams or providing feedback on ad assets
Familiarity with attribution tools such as Google Analytics, Triple Whale, or Hyros is a plus
Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail
