Knowledge Lawyer - Finance

We are working with a top tier international law firm based in Dublin for a Senior Knowledge Lawyer to join their Finance team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a leading Finance and Capital Markets knowledge management team supporting a market-leading structured finance and securitisation practice. The role involves developing, maintaining and enhancing precedents, know-how resources, practice notes and client-facing legal materials across banking, debt capital markets, fund finance, private credit, securitisation and structured finance transactions.

The position also includes monitoring and analysing legal and regulatory developments across Irish and EU financial services law, carrying out impact assessments, and disseminating key updates to fee earners across the practice.

Essential Criteria:

• 5+ years’ PQE;
• Either qualified solicitor or barrister;
• Strong finance law experience;
• Excellent academics;
• Excellent research abilities;
• Commercial awareness;
• Technically excellent;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
